These Terms govern your use of Iron Vigil. By using the service you agree to them.
Iron Vigil provides cloud security posture management, vulnerability/CVE scanning, and compliance automation, offered on tiered plans.
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Only scan systems you are authorized to assess. Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service, which we protect per our Privacy Policy.
Iron Vigil and its software remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service.
The service is provided "as is." Security scanning reduces but does not eliminate risk; we do not guarantee detection of every vulnerability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
